The bar has accomodation for up to eighty people seated either at tables or for conference layout. The TV is a large screen rear projection TV with vga converter for computer use. |
The dining area can seat up to 200 people, eight to a table, and has a full dividing screen to provide a smaller area for approximately 60 people for more intimate conferencing requirements. White board, pin boards, and a PA system with switchable access to the bar or main room, with ability to relocate the TV from the bar to the main hall the facility provides for full and comprehensive conferencing and entertainment. |

Kitchen facilities are available to cater for up to 200 guests with a full three course menu to a simple sandwich lunch. The servery area shown is equipped with a full complement of cutlery and crockery, dishwashing, baine marie, and ample surface area for the preparation of any meal requirement. |
| Food preparation area has two commercial ovens, a deep fryer, two fridges and two freezers, microwave oven and two large deep sinks for wet food preparation. The mobile work tops are melamine surfaces and there are ample kitchen utensils for preparing a wide range of foods. |  |
